Delivery & Returns


I Knit Pretty offers FREE Delivery on all orders over £60 shipped within the UK. Orders under £60 have a standard delivery charge of £3.95. We currently only dispatch within the UK, and the greatest of care is taken to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, whilst keeping our teams and customers safe. during this period of uncertainty with Covid-19.

All items are dispatched during this time via standard 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For delivery unless contacted to make other arrangements on an individual basis. Please ensure that you double-check your delivery address to ensure that parcels are delivered correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items if an incorrect address was provided at the time of placing the order on

We aim to dispatch goods within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order unless otherwise identified on the website, however, delays can sometimes occur during busy trading/seasonal periods. If this is the case, you will be notified by email as soon as possible with an estimated dispatch date.

If you have an urgent order, please get in touch as it might be possible to dispatch your goods faster than the times quoted above if stock is available. 


We make every effort to ensure that you'll love your purchase, however, if you're not satisfied, please feel free to contact us at where we'll be happy to assist you.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with a product, it must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all the original packaging, labels and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If goods are not received in this condition, then your right to a full refund may be affected. I Knit Pretty Ltd are happy to refund the cost of your postage (proof must be obtained) if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning an item, it is strongly recommended that you use a recorded service as I Knit Pretty Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach I Knit Pretty Ltd. 

Please contact us at for the return address stating the reason for your return and your order number. Please notify I Knit Pretty Ltd within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product.
